Guitar Lessons Out of His Home

My neighbor has decided that he is going to start offering electric guitar lessons. He is only nineteen years old and is very excited about this. I’m sure he will be a very good teacher as I have heard him play and his music is excellent. The only thing I am concerned about is the neighbors. We live in an older area and many of the neighbors are senior citizens. I have a feeling they aren’t going to like him running a business out of his parents’ house. When I see them outside, I may mention this to them. They are fairly new to the area and might not realize how others will look at his employment.
