GREAT MOVIE MUSIC IN 2011

The year 2011 had a lot of great music in it and some of the best tracks have been songs that have been in existence for quite a while but still inspired moviemakers to buy out music to accompany certain scenes in some films. For example, perennial soft rock favorite ?Hold On? by musical group Wilson Philips made an appearance in the popular film ?Bridesmaids.? A great remake of a song that made its way onto a movie score was ?Immigrant Song? which was developed as a cover of the Led Zeppelin by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross for the movie ?The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo? which was sung by Karen O.
